Shipping and Return Policy
Online orders are generally processed Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. Orders are generally shipped 3 - 4 business days after the order is authorized and processed.
The shipment normally takes an additional 3 - 5 days to arrive depending on shipper. Shipping and taxes are at customer's expense.

RETURN POLICY
Customer must call for authorization to return merchandise.
Merchandise must be received in excellent condition and inspected within 14 days after shipped date.
The original shipping cost from CaSaj to customer is not refundable.
We shall accept returns that have not been used, displayed and are in sale-able condition.
Shipping and taxes for returns are at customer's expense.
There is a 15% Restocking Fee.
Please call 510.867.7260 to speak to Manager before returning product. When the Manager approves the return of product, you will be given an RMA CODE (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please include the RMA Code in the RETURN ADDRESS. (VERY IMPORTANT)!
A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the original order when you include RMA Code.
If you have not called for Return Merchandise Authorization Code, you will be charged a 35% Restocking Fee. YOUR REFUND WILL BE LESS 35%!!
